I hate fortune tellers.

Sometimes i wonder whether i'm aiming high enough. Everyone around me wants to be a doctor, engineer, dentist, blah blah blah and stuff like that, but i choose to be a patissier. and my mum objects to this, saying things like she did some fortune telling about me, and that guy said that my element is wood and it's not suitable for being a patissier because its element is fire. WTH?! i'm from a chinese family, so my mum is superstitious, and apparently she paid that sifu quite a large sum of $$$ just to tell my fortune. in the end, she still wants me to become some professional instead. sigh.
