bosses and customers

i hate that people, which repeat every 2nd sentence sth like "pay attention for a second!", "watch out for a whie!", "open your ears!", and "can you just now...?". these are ugly people, which come in as customer or boss. if you have to explain anything to these unsocials, they get angry, do not listen even the absolute minimum, do not understand, and only repeat their small conception. "would you mind popping over to simple reinstall this computer in a few minutes?! i cleaned a few files away, and now it cannot open this word document. is it, because you newly installed that program last week?" answer: "no, i installed nothing, i set the network drive. you have deleted office...". customer / boss is gettin angry: "listen! keep attention! last week i could open this document, i think you have to reinstall the computer. in ten minutes the conference starts..." and so on! i haaaaaaaaaaaaate those people!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
