AT-and-T mobile drops calls -- every time

I drive the 520 freeway in Seattle. AT-and-T drops calls EVERYTIME. Large numbers of people drive in downtown and on this freeway. dropping calls isn't okay. I can't have a conversation on the phone because it is rude to other people.
