Family Problem (Rare)

Ok, so I just met my 3 cousins today for the first time and I got very attached to them. We had to leave, and I knew that I wouldn't be back to see them for a while because the only time I can see them is when I'm with my dad. I literally hate my dad, so I try to limit the time I have with him, but I want to see my cousins. I don't know what to do at this point. Help?
