Open letter to mail.com and AOL

AOL has apparently taken over my Mail.com email account--without warning! , Since then, I have been FLOODED WITH SPAM!!! This is outrageous and intolerable--I have to constantly empty/check my spam folder for legitimate emails that get sent there. I don't like their new formats for email either--the 'standard' is too busy and cluttered and the other 2 versions are missing functions I often used. I don't want or use instant messaging and am irritated by the constant reloading that it causes. If something isn't done soon, you should be prepared for a deluge of negative postings throughout the net. BTW--the feedback form you provide a link to-- http://www.mail.com/support/feedback.aspx DOESN'T HAVE A SEND BUTTON!! As much of a hassle as it will be to establish another primary email service, I am now shopping around. You guys have totally screwed up.
