hit and run

Someone hit my car at my apartment parking lot today. And didn't leave a note. I'm pretty sure I know who did it, as there is only one car who parks on the same side as where the dent is, however, I don't have any solid evidence. The estimate to get it fixed is $350, and though it may not seem like much, I am a full-time student relying completely on financial aid for tuition and rent and I do not have a job. I am very disappointed, hurt, and angry that some people can't own up for their own mistakes and as a result, I, an innocent bystander, has to pay for their mistakes. On top of that, my birthday is tomorrow.
