Will somebody listen?

Look. Here's my story. I am a freshman in college. I met a girl in one of my classes. I asked her to study with me, and she did. While we were studying, she made a reference to Slaughterhouse 5. It's my favorite book. So we talked about it. Over two months, we got close. i told her all about my life and my stories, my problems and my successes. She's gotten into my head. And she told me about herself too. I climbed into her dorm building to leave flowers for her when she woke up one day. We go on dates, we hook up, and we really click in conversation. I love walking and talking with her, holding her hand, just being with her. We wrote letters back and forth, especially when I left school for training with the Army. She told me she cant be my girlfriend, that she cant do that kind of commitment right now. And that she's sorry. But she keeps going on dates and kissing me and hanging out. And she hasnt hooked up with anyone else since October. But she won't give me any hope. she either can't or wont make a commitment to me, and for that reason, I dont think she likes me. I think shes waiting for a quick and easy way out of dealing with me without hurting me. I guess I just dont understand what I did wrong.
