Windows 7 - Still getting viruses and spyware!
So lemme get this straight: you have since the launch of Windows XP back in '01 to figure out how to prevent your network and your browser from taking on viruses like a leper, and you spend ALL THIS TIME AND MONEY to launch Windows 7, and users STILL need to buy antivirus software and spyware/malware blockers? And don't put on that old CD you like "Apple and Linux are too small to write viruses for!" That's BS. Apple cleared the 10% mark a while back, and Linux has been around since '92. Show me what you spend my license money on Microsoft. We don't need a ribbon-bar in Office. We need a computer that can work without catching herpes in 60 seconds. BTW - anyone interested (even though I'm not a Linux fanboy) check out linuxmint.com. Worth the peek (free).

Add a Comment Give AdviceI was wondering about that. So I STILL have to buy a copy of Mcafee even with Windows 7. Lunix is looking better all the time... Or maybe a Hackintosh on my laptop...
