okay so ive been with my man for over a year and a half and I decided to spice up my relationship by bringing my co-worker in the bedroom...they didnt have sex, but everything else pretty much happened...I'm wondering if it was ok to spice up my sex life in this way (mind u i had alot of fun bcuz its always been a fantasy of mine) or was I wrong for doing it? am i opening doors for him? am i encouraging him to go out there? someone please help me on this one!

Next time use one of those sex hook up sites to find someone to do the 3some. You gotta look this chick in the face when you return to work; probably exchanged tel#'s with your man when you weren't looking; and now someone close to you knows your freaky business. Discretion is the lesson to be learned here.

Good going, you just ruined your relationship. He's damaged goods now. You opened Pandora's Box and there is no turning back. Hopefully, this experience got it out of your system. If you're tempted to do it again, avoid doing it with someone that you see yourself marrying and committing your life to in the future because I can assure you that your relationship will end in a sad divorce.
