I've been SCAMMED!

I payed and participated in an assistant leadership course in APRIL this year (2009) and we were sent home with 6 lesson plans to fill in correctly and actually teach. So I sent the work back after finishing it with proof of what I had done that month. I got the work back with 1 CORRECTION which I resolved and sent back 50 days earlier than the initial deadline. No reply, 10 months later..... As it passed the initial deadline I called and they kept putting the phone down on me. I emailed and no reply. Should I go up there to see them personally? They won't give me my award purely because of the federation I belong to, which has changed from the theirs to a new individual one. Gah!
