Too Many BS Job Offers

What is up with this job market? I am trying to find a better job but just can't. All I am encountering are weirdos trying to sell me on an idea to sell Viagra online, or sell some fraudulent device that can reduce your energy bill by 30%, or so they claim. Ridiculous. Life sucks nowadays.
