7AM, Chainsaw, 7AM, Wood Chipper, 7AM!!!!!!!!!

HOW is it possible city workers can start on time. Chainsaw directly outside my window at 7am, followed by a massive industrial wood chipper at 7:05. See that pile of brush in the left of the blurry picture, those were removed via chainsaw. See that massive orange/yellow thing on the right, that's a wood chipper. See the glow off the street at the top of the picture, thats' the streetlights illuminating the wet pavement. Ahhhh vent for me people ... VENT, FOR, ME ...
