UCLA Wedding Proposal Fail!

A few questions instead of an all out vent: 1) Does this look like a hoax? 2) Isn't there normally some sort of discussion beforehand about marriage? 3) Don't guys normally know beforehand whether their girl is going to say yes or no? 4) Don't we girls have to harass and harangue a dude for at least 6 months before they'll even talk about marriage? Something seems off about her reaction, too...I dunno.
